Our Loyalty Program and 100+ Club

Our regular clients form the foundation of our business, and for that we're incredibly grateful.  To show our appreciation for that loyalty, we've created a Relax Rewards program just for those clients!

So if you've been a regular client of ours for years, or would like to become one, read on for the details of the rewards program.

Relax Rewards

To access our rewards program, you just need to come in for a massage at least twelve times during a calendar year. Then you'll enjoy special perks and benefits for all of the following year.

Come in at least twelve times the next calendar year to continue to get your rewards for the following year, and so forth.

Free Luxury Oil Upgrades

Rewards members get our luxury Hibiscus Açaí massage oil FREE for all massage sessions.  These organic, unrefined, cold-pressed oils are so high-end they are simply luxurious.  Feel the difference as they hydrate, soften, and deeply nourish your skin.  This is a savings of $30 per session!

Priority Booking

Rewards members are placed at the top of our waiting list.  We'll contact you first for openings that work best for your schedule.  This is an especially nice perk if you prefer to book more last-minute - or if you have to cancel an appointment and want to get back in quickly.

Discounts of Our Products

Rewards members receive a 50% discount on all of our handmade products.  This includes our body butters, body scrubs, bath salts, and our flaxseed pillows. There is no limit on how many products you buy.  Just keep in mind the discount is only for our handmade products (so essential oils are not included). 

Free Giveaways

Each month one of our rewards members will win one of our handmade products. Also, we'll do a $250 gift card giveaway at the beginning of each year to one lucky member.  All winners will be randomly selected and we'll announce the winners in our monthly newsletter.

Twenty-Four Visits a Year

For those clients that average at least two visits a month (or 24+ visits a year), you'll be able to gift a rewards membership to a friend or family member.  Then they will be eligible for all the perks above.  If they come at least twelve times that year, they'll be enrolled for the following year!

Our 100+ Club

As we've been looking over the last ten years, we've realized we have quite a few clients that have done something extraordinary - they have been to our business over 100 times! Some double and even triple that amount!!

So we decided to start a special club for these elite members. This will be different from our Rewards members, even though there is a lot of overlap.

Our 100+ members get all the benefits listed above PLUS exclusive discounts, members-only events, exclusive gifts, and special access to try our new services.  

Plus they are "grandfathered in" and will always qualify for all the loyalty perks without having to come in for a specific number of visits each year.  So no more need to track visit counts!

If you have been in 100 times or more, and have not heard from us about access to club benefits, please contact us!  Our software has a glitch with visit count and will occasionally under count visits.  However, we can manually go into your account and verify the proper visit number.  

2026 Gift for 100+ Members

For this year our members receive an indulgently soft and incredibly warm mink sherpa blanket.  This luxury throw has a silky-smooth micro-mink fleece on one side and a soft, fluffy sherpa on the other.  

Kiss those chilly days and nights goodbye when you wrap yourself in this ultra snug and cozy luxury blanket.  Regularly $140, but our 100+ members get it for FREE!! Come pick one up the next time you are in!
