Studio Etiquette & Preparation

To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we request that you arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled lounge time. Because the suite is entirely private to you, you are welcome to use the space to change out of work attire and into comfortable clothing, ensuring your good clothes stay fresh. We invite you to enjoy purified water at our reception hydration station before or after your session to rehydrate properly, and our team will provide a brief orientation upon your arrival to ensure your settings match your exact recovery goals before leaving you to enjoy your private session.

Reservation Details & Availability: To ensure a seamless transition throughout your visit, all hydro-therapy lounge sessions are coordinated through our office manager. Due to the operational requirement for suite preparation and client guidance, lounge reservations are only available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
