Our New
Hydromassage Chair

We are very excited to announce that we have purchased a new hydromassage chair! We learned about this type of wellness equipment during our 100+ club meet-and-greet when one member had mentioned how much she enjoyed using one. We looked further into it and decided it was a good fit for our business.

Check out its sleek, modern look and ergonomic design.

But, clients have been asking, what is it??

hydromassage chair 350

In its simplest terms, it provides water-through-air therapy. Clients stay completely dry (and fully dressed) above the water line while heated water jets move in smooth, wave-like patterns along the body, delivering a relaxing, targeted massage with consistent pressure from calves to neck (clients love that it feels very much like hot tub jets!).

An intuitive touchscreen makes every session simple to navigate. Clients can adjust massage settings with just a tap, selecting their preferred pressure, speed, and target areas.

Hydromassage Benefits

Stress reduction - the soothing, immersive experience creates a sense of relaxation and calm which reduces stress levels and anxiety. The warm water and rhythmic movement of the jets naturally release endorphins and decrease cortisol levels, elevating your mood and sense of well being.

Muscle relaxation and recovery - the warm, pulsating jets provide a customized massage that promotes relaxation and helps with muscle soreness. It also improves circulation and blood flow to the muscles which helps aid recovery after exercise or injury.

Alleviates pain and inflammation - this therapy provides temporary relief from minor aches, pains, and inflammation. It is especially helpful for people with chronic back pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other joint conditions.

Improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow - the warm-water jets stimulate blood and lymphatic flow and increase oxygen and nutrients to muscles and tissues.  This can be especially helpful for those with sedentary jobs or those with chronic issues impacting circulation.  It also helps support a healthy immune system!

No contact therapy - some people are uncomfortable getting undressed or being touched by another person.  This service allows them to receive the benefits of a traditional massage without that discomfort as water jets are providing the therapy.

Common Questions

Who should not use the hydromassage chair?

Clients who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, bleeding disorders, or skin conditions like eczema should not use the hydromassage chair.  If you have quesitons about your particular health conditions, please consult your doctor prior to booking.

What should I wear for a session?

Clients should wear comfortable, breathable clothing like workout apparel.  The room is private and has plenty of space for changing out of work clothes.  We also have built in 15 extra minutes per session for clients to have time to change if they need to.

Can I pair the hydromassage with a regular massage?

Yes, of course!  We recommend starting with the hydromassage session as this will get you quicker into a deep state of relaxation.  After a massage session is not recommended as residual massage oil would stain the chair cover.

How long of a session should I book?

That really depends on the goal for your session.  We offer sessions of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes.  You can certainly receive a lot of the benefits in a short 15-minute session.  For clients to get a good sense of what it can do, we recommend a 30-mintute session to start.  For sessions geared toward stress reduction, we find the 45 minute and 60 minute sessions are best.

When it is avaiable for scheduling?

Currently, we have sessions available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm as our office manager Becky is showing clients how to use the chair.
