We want to be fair to our clients, so you'll see that our cancellation
policy is more lenient than most other massage spas and clinics. However, we ask that you be fair to us as well in giving us adequate notice of rescheduling and cancellations.
Please understand that we frequently turn people away because our schedules are already full. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment on the same day does not give us much time to refill the appointment slot, which hurts our bottom line.
Because your therapist reserves their time specifically for your session, we ask that you give at least 12 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancelling.
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice may result in a fee being charged for half the service amount. If you cancel within our 12 hour window, but we are able to refill the spot, the fee will be waived.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Feel free to call or text us after normal business hours and leave a message letting us know if you can't make it - 540-315-6844. As long as the time stamp is 12 hours before your appointment, you will be fine.
We understand that things happen, so emergencies (illnesses, hospitalizations, death in the family, etc.) are handled on an individual basis at our discretion.
In case of inclement weather, we will of course waive all fees.
Please call us and let us know as soon as possible. We again understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control.
If we have a client scheduled right after you, we will have to shorten your session accordingly. Full price will be charged for the actual scheduled time.
However, if we have time available after your appointment, we will make every reasonable accommodation to make sure you receive your scheduled amount of time.
