Welcome to our online booking page. To secure your time on one of our tables, please click the Book A Session button below. Our calendar updates in real time, allowing you to choose an open slot that fits seamlessly into your week.
Immediate Confirmation: Our system sends you an instant notification via text and email once you make an appointment request. If you do not receive an alert immediately, your booking request did not process. Please Contact Us Directly so we can secure your slot manually.
Studio Guidelines
By finalizing your reservation through our portal, you acknowledge and agree to our standard studio parameters:
1. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Card Required to Hold: We require a valid credit card on file to secure all reservations. Your card is not charged at the time of booking, and you can choose your preferred payment method at the conclusion of your session.
- The 24-Hour Rule: We require a strict 24-hour advanced notice if you need to cancel or adjust your scheduled session time.
- The Late Fee: Changes inside this window will be charged at the full (100%) rate of your scheduled treatment to fully protect our therapists' time. If we are able to refill your spot, we will waive the fee. You're welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to instantly waive the fee as well.
- Advanced Bookings Only: To preserve absolute quiet on our tables, we do not accept walk-ins for appointments.
2. New Client Intake Form
First-Time Guests: Please fill out our online intake form before your appointment (time needed about five minutes). You will receive it by email as soon as you request an appointment. This allows your therapist time to review the intake paperwork before your hands-on table time begins.
3. Couples and Pregnancy Sessions
- Couples Massages: Because coordinating dual schedules online can be clunky, we do not recommend booking couples sessions online. Please Contact Us Directly via our secure form or phone line so we can smoothly arrange your side-by-side appointments for you.
- Prenatal & Postnatal Sessions: Please utilize the booking notes field at checkout to share your due date or delivery date so we can set up appropriate body cushions.
